RMS offers simplex (single-sided) or duplex (double-sided) document printing. Clients can supply documents in a variety of formats. Our sheet-fed or continuous laser printing output can be on 70 - 160 gsm paper in various sizes. Printing options include :

Ink Jetting (Pre Printed/Offline & Online)

Ink jetting reduces the overall costs of addressing, printing and postage. At the same time it allows you to personalise your mailing. Using our Domino Bit Jet 212 system, RMS currently prints on and personalise mailings, newspapers, magazines, catalogues, newsletters, and financial reports. We can ink jet information onto individual items (pre-wrap) or final poly-wrapped packages (post-wrap). Both fixed and variable text formats can be printed such as:

• Addresses

• Messages

• Serial Numbers

• Binary Codes

• PPIs

• Barcodes

Our online ink jet system offers clients a high definition print area of 54mm (3.12 inches) high and the length of the product. Quick drying ink eliminates smearing in post-wrap ink jetting.

Selectivity is also an option integrated into our ink jet system. The Sitma 950 high-speed poly-wrapping lines at RMS can selectively onsert unique combinations of items for each package and automatically ink jet onto the package the correct name, customer information, and address.
