RMS offers a complete mailing solution for the direct mail industry including database management, poly-wrapping, and distribution. Clients can mail with up to and including 11 items in each poly-wrapped package either identically or selectively. Mailings we conduct on a regular basis include:

With our knowledge of mailing rates, we ensure our clients will receive the best mailing rate available. On a weekly basis, our account management team manipulates data for Mailsort (1,2,3), Presstream (1,2), Walksort, and overseas services to maximise postal discounts. If clients prefer to use their own Royal Mail account, we will generate vital records, sortation reports, line listings, and use the mailing dockets supplied. Consumables for mailings such as postal cages, bags, and labels are all on hand at our London facility.

RMS offers an ample range of database management services to ensure our customer's can carry out mailings successfully. With our knowledgeable staff and advanced technology, we also has the facilities to offer print options and poly-wrapping for mailings. Items can be wrapped in plain or printed polythene and polypropylene film. For the most of our mailings, we use a reverse centre seal, on request from our clients, to enhance the final appearance.

To enhance levels of security and flexibility, we have integrated technology from Lake Camera Systems. This system tracks pre-printed carrier sheets with sequential number and/or other image recognition data along the production line. Information is relayed to our Sitma 950 poly-wrapping lines to ensure onserts are correctly selected and mailing sortation is accurate.
