Hand Enclosing

Although our main focus is on automated mailing and finishing, RMS has the facilities to carry out hand-enclosing work for unusual or more complicated formats. Often hand-enclosing requirements are quite time-sensitive. We offer a 24 hour, seven days a week service. On a regular basis our hand-enclosing staff work with items for small mailings as well as non-Mailsort and overseas subscription sortation. On numerous occasions, clients want non-machinable items to be onserted during production. To do that we bring in additional staff for the shift and the items are hand-fed onto the Sitma lines.
