RMs offers database management services to ensure our customers are able to conduct successful mailings. Since we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our proactive account management team can support you at every step.
Our database management programmes are tailored specifically to each client's requirements. Initially, we receive data through the mail or electronically in order to ensure it is suitable for mailing. Although comma delimited format with quotation marks is preferred, we are able to convert data supplied if our clients are unable to produce this format. Our mailing team utilises various tools including Royal Mail's Postcode Address File (PAF) to help clean mailing lists and databases. For example, in order to enhance our clients' mailings we offer:

Postage costs may be reduced when using the PAF information in conjunction with our Mailsort (1,2,3), Presstream (1,2) and Walksort sortation capabilities. RMS provides overseas sortation options as well. Within our mailing functions, we provide vital records and paperwork for our clients. We produce a full sortation report and line listing for each mailing we conduct.
After all the information we receive from our clients is organised, we can manipulate the data to generate pre-printed items or ink jet files, which minimise the costs of targeting.
